Dear neighbor,
I'm not one to shake an iron fist from my ivory tower and say "neighbors, you can't make such noises, they violate my delicate sensibilities!" Everyone should have the right to an Edward Scissorhands yard of perfection.
It's not so much that you operate a vacuum in your SUV while setting off it's alarm, use a leaf blower regardless of season, a hedge cutter, motorized trimmer, weed wacker, chainsaw and mow the lawn in the very same day. It's the fact that you feel it necessary to do this every, fucking, day. Despite your yard being obsessively cared for, it still manages to look like shit. The appliances needs to stop.
I will personally EAT every mote of dust in your car or cut down whatever monstrous tree in your yard that requires chainsawing with a fucking herring if you can just go one day without operating your infernal machines.
Sincerely, Your Neighbor
edit: while I like a good ol' fag curbing, at the time, I was not "homo"cidal.
edit 2: Today said neighbor had a GIGANTIC industrial tree chopper in front of their house. Of course chainsaws made their obligatory stage appearance as well.

If you haven't seen this, watch it.

The show for June is confirmed at Lighthouse Roasters. The opening will probably be in the first weekend.
Thinking up a lot of new paintings has been a challenge but I've decided to make a series of paintings about clouds. Filling a wall with work is also a daunting prospect. I no longer have the fall-back of my other friends who are students, this is real and actual and I might possibly explode. If I am intact and un-combusted come June there will be a show.
Your internet pal, Mike
